This 12 days Uganda Walking tour explores the best of Uganda. You will get chance to walk on the banks of River Nile,Mambira forest, Lake Mburo National National park,Murchisson falls, Lake Bunyonyi and trek Gorillas in the world famous Bwindi National park.

The Itinerary:

Day 1. We meet on the banks of River Nile for pre- departure meeting in the late evening at the lodge located on the banks of River Nile.

Day 2. Full day to go on White water rafting and other activities on the Nile. Overnight on the banks of River Nile.

Day 3. Short drive to Mambira forest.Wil get chance to spot monkeys, waterfalls and lots of birds. Overnight in Mambira forest.

Day 4/6. Drive past Kampala and stop in Masindi town the base for exploring Murchison falls National park. Overnight in Masindi.

Day 6. Full day game drive in Murchison falls National Park famous for birds and wildlife.

Day 7. Drive to Kampala for overnight to explore the city before driving to Lake Bunyonyi in western Uganda the next day.

Day 8. Early morning drive past road side markets, cultivated hills, schools and local villages to Lake Bunyonyi. The drive over the hills offers stunning views of the surrounding areas. Depending on the time we arrive at Lake Bunyonyi, you may decide to go swimming or just relax and enjoy the stunning views from the lodge. Overnight on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 9. Early morning drive over the hills to Bwindi National park where we wil get chance to trek Mountain Gorillas in the thick forested mountains. The Gorilla trek may last between 2 to 8 hrs depending on the location of the gorillas. Overnight on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 10. Drive to Lake Mburo National park. Overnight in the park.

Day 11. Full day game drives and escorted game walks

Day 12. Drive to Kampala where the tour ends
