4 Days Mt Longonot, Menengai Crater & Lake Naivasha Walking Safari

This tour gives you chance to experience the best of Rift valley in four days. You will get chance to climb impressive Longonot Mountain, go on boat safari across Lake Naivasha, Walk amongst wildlife, Watch flamingos on the shores of Lake Elementaita and trek Menengai crater for stunning views!

Price: from $800 per person

Day 1. Depart Nairobi early morning and stop at the Great Rift valley view point to admire the views then drive to Mount Longonot for half day trek. From mount longonot we drive to our lodge located on the shores of Lake Naivasha where hippos do graze on the shores at night. Overnight and dinner at the lodge.

Day 2. Early morning go on boat safari across Lake Naivasha to Giraffe Island Sanctuary to walk amongst zebras, impalas, warthogs, giraffes and other wildlife. We later drive to Nakuru in the late afternoon to our lodge located in Nakuru town. Overnight and dinner at the lodge.

Day 3. Trek the impressive menengai crater for stunning views in the morning then later short drive to Lake Elementaita for late afternoon bird walks. The lake is famous for flamingos and other birds.

Day 4. Morning bird walks then drive back to Nairobi where the tour finishes after lunch.
